Lucid dreaming. Astral Projection

Dreaming allows us not only to enter a wonderful world of dreams and fantasies, but also to dive into the depths of our own unconscious. In dreams, people have the opportunity to find answers to questions they cannot answer while awake.

We spend a third of our lives sleeping. A third of our lives! Not to use this time to develop your own magical abilities would be an unforgivable omission on your part.

Furthermore, the Astral realm is the common space not only of human emotions, but also of those worlds that share Astral vibrations with us. It is for this reason that astral projection – the ability to travel to other worlds through dreams – opens up many possibilities for lucid dreamers.

This seminar provides basic techniques for further independent practice. Many students prefer to work in teams.

At this seminar you will:

- Learn how to use the Astral realm to communicate
- Create preconditions for future events
- Acquire the ability to perform complex tasks
- Enhance creative and intellectual abilities
- Gain the ability to resolve conflict situations
- Travel to the Astral realm
- Dive into the deep layers of the subconscious to receive information from your ancestors and previous incarnations.

Duration: 3 hours each class
Admission: completion of the 4 basic lessons of the 2nd Main course

Has anyone else experienced this? I've been having these recurring dreams where I find myself in places that aren't familiar to me in the waking world, but I keep returning to them as though I've been there before. It's like a totally separate dimension where I know the streets, the layout of the area, and even secret places like hidden exits that I've encountered in previous dreams. It's as if I've lived there for a long time, and each time I return, I pick up right where I left off.

In these dreams, I don't just visit these locations—I live in them. It feels like I have an entire life in this alternate dream world, complete with a job, relationships, and experiences that feel just as real, if not more vivid, than my waking life. There's a sense of continuity; I seem to remember things from past dreams, like I've been working towards something in this dream life, or like I'm picking up on long-running threads in the story of that world.

The most surreal part is how familiar it feels. I know the rhythm of the place. I know where things are. And when I wake up, the sense of connection to this dream world doesn't fade entirely. It's as though it exists parallel to my real life, a fulfilling world that I visit every time I sleep.

I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar experience where you repeatedly visit a specific dream space that feels like a separate, ongoing life. Do you also feel like you're living a full, separate existence in these dreams? And if so, how do you interpret this phenomenon within your magical or spiritual practices? Could this be linked to astral travel, parallel dimensions, or just the mind's ability to create intricate, vivid dream worlds?

Hello again, dear colleagues!
I've been practicing lucid dreaming for a while now, and I've found a few techniques that help me get there, but I'm wondering if anyone has additional practices or tips that have worked for them.
Here's what I've been doing. I keep a detailed dream journal to improve my dream recall. I do some quiet meditation or visualization right before bed to calm my mind. Also, before drifting off, I focus on my intention to become aware within the dream and remind myself that I want to recognize when I'm dreaming.
These practices have certainly helped me. I feel like I'm on the verge of having more consistent lucid dreams, but sometimes the experiences are brief or fade too quickly.
Does anyone have additional techniques that have helped you? I've heard of methods like reality checks throughout the day, focusing on maintaining calm once I realize I'm dreaming, or using certain crystals or herbs to enhance the experience.
I'd love to hear what has worked for you all—any tips, tricks, or rituals you've found effective for facilitating lucid dreaming?

Hello colleagues!

Last night, after we learned the technique in class, I practiced astral dreaming on my own and had a curious but exciting result. I got cozy and warm as suggested, filled my body with vital rhythm, set my astral intention, and entered my astral realm. Once I entered, I started floating toward the boundary as I usually do, but my body started behaving strangely. I got a bit confused while approaching and accidentally looked at my hands *before* entering into the common astral space. When I looked up, I saw the boundary and the portal in a completely new way. The portal was vivid and enormous (typically it's just a small vague shape I squeeze through). This time it looked like virtual reality. I swam through the enormous gate and found myself on the other side. The guardian was there, I found my marker, and sort of just floated around a bit and observed the chaos as best I could.

As this was happening, my physical body got very very hot and my heart rate sped up so fast that I eventually got discombobulated and snapped out of it before going back through the portal. I got back into the meditation and got back through, closed the portal, and tried to sleep...but to no avail.

My questions (for colleagues and/or mentors) are these:
1) Was the increased clarity in my own astral body also from looking at my hands? Does that practice apply in any subtle body or just in the general astral space?
2) Why did my body react so intensely, was this a function of providing the necessary energy? Has anyone else experienced similar effects and if so...how did you return to normal sleep afterwards?
3) What might we experience in waking life if we don't close the portal in the lucid dream? Should we make an effort to return and close it if we notice those effects?

Any insight and advice is greatly appreciated.
