Hello Coleagues, I wonder if there is anyone who can answer or had similar experiences. Since the beginning of the 2nd course and especially after some specific cleansings, I noticed quite a lot times where the rhythm of my heart, the pulse and the blood pressure would be affected, sometimes chest pain, sometimes the pulse or blood pressure gets high, or get tachycardia. I know many times Ksenia mentions to move body during work, which i have been doing. Also she did say what some of the causes can be for pains on many subjects, I wonder if maybe I missed on her saying anything about heart issues and someone could advise where i could potentially look for answers, I had sorts of heart isses in the past nad have an anatomical anomaly of heart since birth?

Hello colleague, I can share my experience, maybe it will help. During one of the cleansings with the group, I also experienced intense chest pain and my heart rate went wild. Petr Alexandrovich said to perform chakral breathing in the Anahata chakra and that it is a reaction of the mental body (heart is connected to the mental body). After a couple of minutes of chakral breathing the heart rate went back to normal and pain subsided. After that, I would also perform either the folding/unfolding of the chest area (like in the Augmentation of the etheric body) or again, chakral breathing, to strenghten that area. I did this multiple times a day, for a couple of days after.
